For orders over 100 EUR/USD, free shipping, below 100 EUR/USD, shipping is 12.99 EUR/USD - 14.99 EUR/USD. (Please select the shipping standard according to your own needs)

Cancellations, Returns and Damage


Q - Can I change or cancel my order?


We at Tenmokuart work hard to help you get your order as fast as possible. Therefore, as soon as payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it will be shipped immediately. This means there is only a very short window of time in which we can "take over" your order before it is actually picked, packed and reserved for shipping.


Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the subject "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We'll let you know what we can do!


Q - What is your return policy?


I'm sorry you didn't like your new product! We want you to enjoy your Tenmokuart experience as much as possible, which is why we're here to help. Just email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your package with your order number, product name and why it didn't work for you.


Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping/processing fees, and we do not offer exchange services for any products. You will be responsible for all return shipping and we reserve the right to charge restocking fees on all return orders.


If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to pick up the order, or any other error by you, we will charge you for shipping before resending or refunding.

Q - Can I exchange the item?


Sorry, we do not accept exchanges. If you want to get your favorite product faster, please make a repurchase when requesting a return.


Q - One of the items in my order was damaged in transit. what should I do?


Oh no, we are so sorry to hear that! Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, full name and a picture of the damaged item and we will be happy to assist you.


Q - How long does it take to receive a refund?


You should receive your refund within four weeks of handing over the package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return after receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the required Time your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Q - What if my package is lost?


In the rare event that a package is deemed lost, buyers will always receive a full refund if shipping insurance is purchased at checkout. Packages are considered lost if they are not delivered within 60 days. In this case, you must contact us within 30 days so that we can reship or refund your order.




In some cases, value added tax (VAT), other taxes, duties and/or duties may be levied by your destination country. These additional costs are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine charges as customs and tax policies vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office. We do not refund shipping costs to customers who have their packages rejected on arrival due to failure to pay duties.


Customs clearance may be required; in this case, delays may occur which will affect our original delivery time. For reasons beyond our control, the delivery service may extend the lead time of an order indefinitely.
